In  continuation  to  the  earlier  advertisement No.Janasanyog  2665/15 Dated  15/06/2015  and as per Govt.  letter No.HLB.494/2016/26, Dated: 10/01/2017, applications are  invited  from eligible candidates in standard form as published in Assam Gazette in part IX for filling up of the Grade-IV  (Ward Boy/Ward Girl) of 200 Bedded Cancer Hospital in Gauhati Medical College Hospital, Guwahati.

Qualification: Read upto Class VIII
Pay: Rs. 4,560 - Rs. 15,000/- + Grade Pay Rs. 1,300/-

Age:- 18 - 38 years as on 01-01-2017. The upper age  limit  is  relaxable  for  reserved categories as per existing Govt. Rules.

Apply  Fee:- A Bank Draft of Rs.250/- for General/OBC/MOBC candidates and Rs.150/- for SC/STP/STH categories candidates drawn infavour of Principal-cum-Chief Superintendent, Gauhatl Medical College & Hospital, Guwahati. No fee is required for BPL candidate and they are required to enclose their BPL certificate from the competent authority for such exemption of fee along with theapplication.

How to apply: Application shall have  to be addressed  to  the Principal-cum-Chief Superintendent, Gauhati Medical College & Hospital, Guwahati and shall have to be sent/submitted in a sealed envelope in the Office of the Director of Medical Education, Assam, Sixmile, Khanapara, Guwahati-781022 from 06-02-2017 to  16-02-2017. The name of  the post should clearly be mentioned on  the  top of  the envelope/ form. 

Instruction to the Candidates:-

1.  Interested candidates shall have  to  fill up  the Application Forms neatly and  legibly and submit it with  the  required  documents  and Photograph  (Colour)  duly  self-attested,  please  note  that incomplete  forms shall be summarily  rejected.

2. Documents  required are:
a)  2(two)  copies  of  recent  passport  size  colour  photograph  duly  self-attested
b) Birth certificate or any other Certificate  for age proof.
c) Caste Certificate  (where ever applicable).
d) Employment Exchange Registration Certificate  .

3. The name of post applied for must clearly be marked on TOP of the envelope/Application Form.

4. Detailed list of candidates along with details of written test shall be notified in due course of time and  shall  be  displayed  in  the website- www.dmeassam.gov.in. The  date  of  uploading  in  the website  shall  be  published  in  the  local  newspapers  for  information  of  the  eligible  candidates.
